Celebrating 200 years of Veuve Clicquot Rosé, Veuve Clicquot collaborated with Michelin starred Chef Vicky Lau of Tate Dining Room & Bar, creating a selection of Amuse Bouche, an “Ode to Madame Clicquot”. The concept sees a contemporary take on a traditional dim sum cart featuring four amuse bouche bites set in a mini steamer, each playing to the unique notes of the legendary rosé blend. G.Co crafted a PR strategy, engaged Chef Vicky Lau, invited over 20 media for a gastronomic pairing lunch hosted by the chef and Gäelle Goossens, Winemaker of Veuve Clicquot. Secured in-person interviews and coverage, some of the highlights being #Legend, Hong Kong Tatler, Prestige, Hong Kong Economic Journal, Esquire, Tasting Kitchen and JET Magazine.
